Basically wherever we can tow our trailer to and there are hungry mouths, we can serve you fresh Italian pizzas and garlic breads!

 

We use local ethically sourced beech, ash or oak hard wood only.  After only 30 mins or so the fire is virtually smokefree due to the high temperature of the oven.  We serve our pizzas and garlic breads on biodegradeable plates or boxes.  We are also able to serve hot and cold drinks if required

 

The theatre of cooking on a wood fired oven is a real eye pleaser and your guests or customers will love it!!
