We are a family run business established in 2014 based in a village on the four counties border of Warwickshire Staffordshire Leicestershire and Derbyshire.  We were one of the first people in the UK to convert our vintage Rice horse trailer into a pizzeria.  During Covid we took the plunge to upgrade and built a more modern functional 18 foot bespoke pizza trailer. This meant we could install a bigger authentic Italian woodfired oven which could take or 4 or 5 pizzas at a time.

Over the last decade and more we have attended countless events weddings and private functions around the Midlands.  It takes us just 60 minutes from pulling on site and lighting some kindling, to being ready to cook delicious pizzas at 400 degree C in our wood fired oven.
