Having painstakingly converted our vintage Rice horse trailer over a 6 months period into a unique and bespoke pizzeria we (Abbey and Adam) then spent months and months perfecting recipes and experimenting with different doughs and burning different hard woods to bring you the finest tasting pizza around.

We now attend events and private functions around the Midlands.  It takes us just 45 minutes from pulling on site and lighting some kindling, to being ready to cook delicious pizzas at 400 degree C in our wood fired oven.
